Stinky dried fish treats

Henry has jut won some at the dog training class Christmas party - he won the musical sits!

They are like blocks of dried fish, really stinky, and he loves them. What are these things called? I could ask when classes start again after Christmas but I'd like to get some more before then

It's not them, but I think someone would be rather keen... although I can indeed see myself permanently perfuming my coat with them
