Stirrup covers???

Am I going mad?
I (think I) saw in a magazine, whether it was Horse, Horse and Rider or what I don't know, but in the Tried and Tested section was a stirrup bag or stirrup copver. It was fleecy and looked much like a snuggy hoods creation (but isn't!). I would really like some but cannot find them on the net anywhere. I just get Stirrup Covers for exam tables, something to do with medicine anyway. Anyone else heard of them???????

You mean Stirrup leather covers?

Its to protect the leather and also makes it more comfy,so you leg doesn't rub between stirrup leather and saddle flap/

I know the ones you mean they are to protect your saddle when not in use & you can have your name put on the bag. Will see if I can find them

Yes! They're to stop the stirrups scratching the saddle! Hope you can find them k9h as i am rather desperate now
