Stirrup Leather guards - where can I buy them from?!

Hi everyone!

I've just bought a saddle that requires those webber type close contact stirrup leathers with the buckle at the stirrup end but I find that the extra length of leather after I have adjusted them flaps around (if you get what I mean?!).
I'm after some sort of sleeve to firstly stop the en of the strap hanging down and also to stop the leathers from rubbing my saddle flap. I've looked everywhere but can't find anything..?!

have you been in contact with the manufacturers of the webbers, they must know how to deal with the problems.

robinsons do a synthetic one that would do the job

theres someone on ebay that does them
in the meantime use an elastic band
