stirrup leather length

Trying to order some stirrups - am 5'7" with 31cm inside leg and haven't a clue what stirrup leather length I would be - 56" is standard and 60" is long.

Any ideas anyone - I don't have a stirrup to hand to compare lengths!

I'd go for long, you can alway shorten them where as if the standard are too short you can't lenghten them!
