stirrup sizes, help please.

An inch on either side, too much?. I always thought it was half an inch. The pair I`m looking at is on ebay. I`ve got the measuring tape out on my jodphur boots, it is roughly half an inch on one side and 3 quarters on the other.

I always thought half inch each side too.But a quarter of an inch more wont make that much differance!.

Im sure they will be fine, i doubt having too big matters too much, just too small!

Sounds fine I guess it would depend on the type of stirrup as well

Just a cheap make of those sprenger (sp?) stirrups
