Hi - has anyone done this one before?

I am entering but i have serached on thier website - just for more informantion on day 2 but i can't find what i need!?

It says
Phase A) Roads & Tracks
Phase B) Steeple Chase
Phase C) More Roads & Tracks
Phase D) XC

I just wondered if anyone know how long the r&t and the steeple chase sections are? I know she needs to be very fit - but just trying to practice the r&t sections at home!

Does anyone know where i can find the info?

I did this one last year, i think the first set of r&t was approx 3km and the second abouth 5km. After doing endurance for 10 years, I was probably overly paranoid about the fitness but the time is very generous (I did it on quite a heavy IDXTB and was up on time and only 2 seconds over the steeplechase time).
Its mainly a steady trot so if you just practice maintaining a constant pace over about 10 miles, i'm sure you will be fine!
 
I did this last year too.

From memory (which is not too good!) It was, time wise, about 20 mins R&T, followed by around the field once and a bit over 5 steeple chase fences, which I think was about 2mins, followed by R&T of about 30 to 40 mins. Then in the 10 minute box and straight out on the xc course.

Make sure you have a good watch as mine broke down and I was over a minute over on the second R&T and severely penalised.
