I just hope the scumbags dont come back for the horses etc.I would think the police will do the forensic stuff, scan for prints etc. They did when scum broke into my moms garage and took 300 plus worth of tool and my nephews brand new bike grrrrrrrrr Moms got 3 alarms now. Maybe you should fit an alarm INSIDE the tackroom and another out of site.

I am very sorry to hear about the theft of your property.
The most important action to take now is to get all your horses freezemarked as soon as possible on their shoulders so that they can be identified if stolen.
Please contact Horsewatch immediately so that all the stolen items can be circulated to all their contacts.
When you replace your property ensure that everything is postcoded and marked with Smartwater so that if it is stolen that you as owner can be identified and so can the thief!

Hi all thanks everyone for your replies, the horses are fine, just got in for a cup of tea and some food
Horses are all insured, It wasn't the horses they were after it was tack and plant machinery, probably got in the region of £50,000 plus in all between us and the crane place next door but there was some memorable stuff aken so hopefully it might surface,
forensics have done their job so have police so we'll do a bit of detective work and hopefully something might turn up
