Taken from Moniaive Dumfriesshire SW Scotland

The exact date they were taken is not known--could be a week ago--travellers had shown interest prior to the horses being missed from the herd.

A piebald colt by Seamus born 2009 approx 13hh
He is mainly white down his face, white legs, white tail with a few black hairs in the middle of the tail
He is described as having one grey eye

A piebald filly born 2008 approx 13.2hh
Black face with broad white blaze
Legs all white below knee
Distinctive black spot on right hand side

Awaiting scans of passports and hopefully pic of one of them
Seamus is a traditional piebald cob

Poor little mite,A little while ago I looked at a car in the car sales place in woodstock lane ,I know they had some horse shut in the stables there,I,m not accusing them as I didnt see the horse up close ,no one would let me near, they may be very well cared for for all I know but it may be worth a mention to RSPCA.

Could either of them be this one?

(Would you mind letting me know? This lad was found in the next door field and I would like to know if we can trace him!)

I would be very surprised--it looks very small unless person holding is very tall
Owner was valuing these at £2000 each--so looking for heavier legged, stepping variety of coloured cob liked by the real gypsy fraternity

I will pass this along to PC in charge of case so thank you
