A 12 years old dark bay (brown) thoroughbred Irish sports horse valued around £3,000, has been stolen from land at Dans Road in Ballymena.
The horse which has a light coloured star/swirl marking on its forehead and a light coloured 'sock' on its left hind leg, was taken sometime between 1:30 pm on Wednesday July 2 and 5:30 pm on Friday July 4.
Police are urging anyone who was in the Dans Road, Sourhill Road area and witnessed the theft, or who can help to recover the stolen horse to contact them.
