HI,
today the yard my horses are at, had its tack locker (a big thick metal shipping container) broken into. It looks like a very professional job as they have cut of the security padlock and smashed and cut the door in aswell as kicking in the wooden double locked door which is behind it.
they then proceeded to take everything from within it.
this included 5 bridles , 1 wintec cc saddle , 1 wintec isabelle dressage saddle, i throwgood pony gp saddle , i black county saddle, various other items such as nummnahs , pads liveryman arena clippers ,including DIY tools a strimmer , air compressor lots more i have a complete list.
our yard is in crondall and by a footpath with a golf course behind it and doctors surgery next door as well as a well used road in front . the yard was broken into approx between the times of 12 pm and 4.15pm TODay.taking approx £4000 worth of goods.
ALSO last night whilst i was excercising my horse , my sister noticed a blonde woman , quite tall, walking up and down the footpath ,with a labrodor type dog , that runs next to the stables and onto the golf course whilst on her mobile pausing at points where she could be seen and see into the yard between the hours of 5pm and 6pm last night (weds5th) and shortly after we left the alarm at our yard was going off and no1 around when we answered it 5 mins after being activated.
if anyone saw anyone acting suspicious today or last night please reply .
