This has been repoted to Surrey Police yesterday but want it put on as many horse websites as possible to raise awareness.
Monday night three sets of tack were stolen from Dormans Park, Surrey. We have a very secluded stable yard and a week previous to the theft, we had a man in our paddock scouting out the area. He came down to see how to get the equipment and scared the life out of us!
They took all leather, left rugs and hats. They used our wheelbarrow to cart the stuff to the top gate!!
So far the forensic team have been down, taken fingerprints and we found two brilliant footprints (trainers) as well as 4 cigerette butts and the packet.
I have had a completely sleepless night last night worrying about the safety of the horses. Who are fine this morning, by the way.

Any security advice very welcome. Also any advice on saddlers, cheap tack, saddle fitting bla bla bla...
