I THINK that is where Henley Market has been relocated to? If so - pretty pap!! Know of a few people that have gotten a few nice cobs from there but I think they were very lucky (and they tended to omit where it was purchased from once "scrubbed up"!), and took a lot of worming, feed and de-licing to get to that point! Would only go with eyes very open, and if I was fully prepared to quarateen very well!! And cross your fingers there's no lasting damage. Lots of "men in white" coats walking around too, and a fair few sorry sights. Occasionally saw a few smart looking horses, but tended to be in their 20s that had fallen on hard times; mainly scratty looking cobs, youngsters, TB types.

However, may be wrong as moved away from the area over a decade ago and may have improved since, maybe turn in market will mean more "decent" horses go through that type of place.
