storing hay in a trailer

Is it ok to do this? We've bought quite a lot of hay in early this year, and we decided we would store a load in my trailer. ( I wont need to use it through winter)

But mum just asked me about whether it will be ok becuase its all shut up in there so not much air :S

Is it ok in there do you think?

My friend did this last winter and it was fine you can always open it up every so often if you worried about the lack of air

I store mine in my old trailer - always been fine

Absolutely no problems , a good place to store it. You might want to consider blocking it uo however to take the weight off the tyres.

will store fine, if trailer kept outside make sure no leaks. as i found out ... with mouldy straw.

Watch your back if you're bringing it out down the ramp!
