Strange bump under belly

Hello All,

I rescued a horse that was in a very bad way in Bulgaria, had been hit and had maggots all over his skin and it was pretty awful.

Anyway, i managed to give enough money to the owner to take him. He has been doing very well with my friends place over there and has recovered very well. However, she just noticed this under his belly, photos attached but not clear as it was a camera phone!!

Do you think its sarcoids? Also he has another lump in his groin, and it is very clean lump. The guy said that he had had a hernia from pulling a very heavy cart up a hill (bless him) , and I think perhaps its from them?

Anyway, You help would be extremely helpful! I plan to ship him over to me in a few months.

Photosarent clear enough. Could be sarcoids or could be habronemiasis.
