strange going on in fields

Read your last post, I would be worried and suspicious if I was you, it sounded very odd. Did you report it to the police? If you think it was deliberate, move yards, good luck.

Oh, now I see the reason for the question!

Has it happened again? It is a bit odd that both have the same injury. Is there someone at the yard 24/7? Have they seen anything odd or suspicious?

I hope that your horse is ok and recovering well.

If you are still worried, I would inform the police, perhaps they could drive past at odd times just to check.

I've got an awful feeling theres a gang going around..not that I want to speculate.

Omg there was something about this last year a gang going about in a white( i think it was white) van and going into fields to slash mares lady parts to get there blood it turned out it was people that worshiped the devil and they believe something about mares blood

God that's scary. Not sure if the broom and cuts would be related, but the two on your yard seem to be (op) how are they healing up? Hope you reported it to police.. does sound very supicious.

Feel a bit sick thinking of all these poor mares.

I've been on the same yard for years it good yard never had any problems like this, and were not 100% it has been done by someone.
It just seems strange 2 horses have the same cut in the same place within a week of each other, thats why i posted this to see if anyone else has had this happen as if it's 1 horse in a field you would put it down to cutting it's self on the wire thats what we thought when it was just 1 horse.
I don't want to make people think there is a mad person out there but if our mares are not the only one then people do need to be aware.
As you can tell no one has posted anything about cuts on there mare so it looks like this was just a freak accident involving 2 mare in the same field.
