Bit of history my 13yr old pony is lame again.
He had mild lami a few weeks ago but been fine since on bare paddock. He has had bone spavin in his hocks years ago, as well as a sacroiliac injury a couple of years ago.
Was wondering if anyone might have any ideas what this could be? I'm having the vet next week so will hopefully find out then.
Hes not 100% right in a straight line, hes dragging his toes abit but apart from that not too bad. But when you lunge him on a circle he is 98% sound on the right rein but obviously lame on the left.
It appears to be his back right leg but theres no heat or bumps but it is *slightly* swallon below his stifle, with this leg he has also been sometimes standing with it not resting but not putting his full weight on it either - kind of half and half.
Hes been like this for nearly 4 weeks now. Any ideas?
