My mare had her foal just over 3 months ago - she hasn't been the best mum, but that's a whole different story.
On Wednesday I noticed my mare had a lump on her side, just past her tummy before her hip on the squidgy crease - I know that is a rubbish description! You can't really see it unless you look really close but when you touch it is is hard and is about large marble sized. It moves around but it is attached to something. YO had a look for me she thinks possibly a cyst but will get the vet to have a look when he is next out to her lot.
So any ideas? Just slightly worried.
