Strange lumps on dog

Hi all,
Yesterday I noticed some strange lumps like bites underneath my dog-by his private parts but also some in the creases between his back legs and belly,there are quite a few all over the underneath of him but only the back end of him,Very tricky to explain!

I would post a pic but im not sure how too

Just wondered if anyone has any idea what this might be??
In the mean time we washed him last night and tonight with some special anti-bacterial/anti-fungal shampoo.

err hate to say this, but i would get him straight down the vets. Could be the big C !!

Our JRT gets red bumps, bit like gnat bites on the bare skin of his belly, round his man parts and in the creases of his back legs when he has fleas or if he has ran through stinging nettles on a walk.

What are the lumps like and when did they appear? IF they have just appeared over night i would say it is probably a reaction to something, maybe fleas or something he has ran through on a walk. But if they have been there longer could be more serious.

If they are still there tomorrow or do not appear to have gone down i recon a trip to the vets, at least then you would know what it is. Hope your doggies better soon.

My schnauzer has a lumpy back.... sort of scabby little flakey lumps (black) which come off if washed in selsun shampoo!!!

They do come back though.... dont seem to irritate him and vet didnt want to do a biopsy so we leave them alone
