Strange numnah question

Would a numnah, size pony / cob, that is 18inch down spine and leg flap bit, fit at 17 inch saddle??

Well, if it's 18'' and the saddle is 17''... it should fit, shouldn't it?

you'd think so, but as i paid for it, a mate said oh no u'll need bigger....

If the numnah is pony size it isn't likely to fit a 17" saddle i wouldn't have thought as that is a horse size saddle (in my opinion!) which would probably need a cob or full size numnah?

its a pony/cob size, according to the details, i tried a full but it was HUGE one her

If you have already paid for it now, just try it, and send it back if it's no good. I have a pony / cob size numnah on a 16.5" saddle, and that would probably *just* go underneath a 17" saddle - but I guess it depends a little on the shape of your saddle.

Think you might well find its a bit skimpy but try it, you might find its ok depending on your saddle (they do vary)
