After much debating 'omg am i stupid'
I have managed to get my 'Baby' 8yr old (only broken Sept 2009) Mare into a box, away 30mins and out again - Did a dressage test in a new arena, she didnt know a sole - and then jumped in the box home!

SOooooooooooOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooo pleased!!!!!!!

So what if there was an error of course (My fault!)
So what if it was pelting with rain and i got soaked to the skin!
So what if one of my competitors was a 6yr old girl (Sorry Hun, Baby 23yr old here!)

Just writing this for anyone with a baby thinking - oh gosh, its a big world out there! - DO IT - Take some Hay for distraction, trust in them and hop on (after about 30 nervous count to 10 moments!!!!)

Come on - someone had to know - the OH wont realise what I mean!!!
 
Aw thanks - im just so proud of her = breaking her in myself has been a learning curve! :D
No pic's as Dad says it was too wet for his camera! Honestly - if i had known i would have bought a disposeable! Im like a Cat with two tails this afternoon! :D
 
Well done, really nice upbeat post. I definitely think you should blow your own trumpet, the start of lots of fun for both of you!!!
 
This is so weird - I'm taking my 5yo to our first sponsored ride next weekend and am stressing about it. What will happen, how will he behave etc....
