Stressage tomorrow

I'm doing my first dressage test on Gyp tomorrow, walk and trot. He has never been ridden in a comp before so its going to be interesting. I have to be at the yard by 6.30am to start plaiting him

In my class there is a horse that is also doing E41(percentage class) and N24 but with a different rider.
The rules of the walk and trot say 'restricted- not to have been placed 1st-3rd in any dressage comp or BD registered'. Does that mean the horse and rider combo or just the horse?

Generally its horse & rider combo, Im sure if it was against the rules the entries sec would have stopped it! Best of British, Im sure gyp will kick ass!

About the ruling not to have been placed 1st,2nd,3rd, that usually refers to the combination but every show has its own idea of this!
