You know the ones, they are lycra, you pull them over the head and stick the ears through the holes to keep it in place and they have a clip thing around the belly. Made by Shires.

Anyway, Barons ears just seem to come out and the cover ends up half way down his neck. His ears are quite big so I dont know how it happens and it appears to fit fine when I put it on, but the following morning its down his neck. There are no signs that hes rubbed it off, and it doesnt seem to bother him at all.

I have a full face one but that one zips all the way down underneath his neck and doesnt budge, but I prefer not to use that one unless I have to incase it gets caught in the night and he panicks.

Any ideas on how to keep it up or why its falling down?

Could it possibly be because I bought the pink one and he feels he needs to hide it?

I have exactly the same problem with mine and i wasnt even an evil mother ( i bought the black one!!)
Have found it pretty much useless as it comes half way down her neck and is then really really tight, thought about using it with a head collar but dont really want to leave one on all the time have just given up with it now.

Oh no, looks like I will have to use the one with the eye holes then. I only wanted to train his mane to lie perfectly flat while he is stabled in the winter so it looks all pretty in the summer. Its only for in his stable and there is nothing really for him to catch it on, I just get paranoid.

Perhaps I am just evil
