I bought myself some brogini boots off eBay (total bargain) and they are ever so slightly too small around the calf! Can do them up over leggings but very tight, currently wandering around the house with them on and legs slightly throbbing :/
They fit brilliantly it's just the very top of the calf that's a bit tight, have put some dubbin on them and plan on just wearing them and wearing them but is there anything I can do that won't damage the leather and won't cause my legs to fall off?!

There is a guy just outside of Brecon who stretches boots. Not sure how far into Herefordshire you are but may be worth a visit.
My Konigs are going to him as soon as i've got the soles fixed.
You can also put them in the Aga to heat them and put them straight on and it will stretch them (thread on BD forum) but we tried this last week and they came at smoking and didnt stretch. But lovely and warm. :D
My bosses face was an absolute picture! Still laughing now.

Haven't tried this but it sounds sensible. Find a reliably unleaky plastic bag, put in the boot and fill with water then freeze. Apparently gently stretches the leather without damage.
