Stretcholt have BSJA on Saturday. Last time Iwent to Strecholt was when Sean Hope was based there so about 1990. Can't really remember it that well and it must have changed in 20 years.

If you have been recently what is it like? Can you stand inside with your horse to watch? Do they do food?

Thanks

It has a small area to stand inside and watch with your horse but probably only when you are next or next but one to go. The indoor and outdoor schools have a Martin Collins surface so very good ground. There is food available and a good viewing area to get warm. The school is not spooky and a decent size so good for youngsters.

I rode R there for dressage a few weeks ago for lec - they had full doors on the inside so no way of seeing anything unless they do it differently for BSJA.

Surfaces were amazing, parking will be tight/on a field.

There is a heated gallery to watch from, and a little cafe, though I only had a muffin and a cup of tea - can't remember what else they do!

TBH I am very surprised they are doing BSJA. The parking is quite tight, even for dressage. But the surfaces are excellent for both the indoor and outdoor arenas.

Parking is tight, not sure how they are going to run that one they must have a plan. When we do RC we have used one of the fields if necessary. The surfaces are fabby brilliant, I should think they will close the door so you wont be able to stand in and watch, cant see any other way round that tbh.

I havent tasted the food!
