i ride a 14hh pony on horse distances in be and i have decided to take each combination depending on the situation and i would imagine your pony woul go on about 6 1/2 - 7 steps for a stride!!! hope that helps!

For a horse i do 2 steps for landing, 4 for a stride, 2 for take off - so 8 steps for a 1 stride double, 12 steps for a 2 stride double etc.

for my 14.2hh i do 7 steps so for a 13.2hh i would try 6.

Measure your stride first to make sure you are accurate. I have found that depending on the person the stride can differ considerably.
If you can stride four feet at a time then for a one stride double upright to upright you are looking at 22 to 24 feet. for an upright to a true parallel 22- 23ft 6. and for a upright to ascending oxer 22-23ft 6.
hope this helps
