Strong pony HEEEEELP !!

Toto is ridden in a single joint cheltenham gag and drop noseband for PC , the lady at the bit bank reccomended this combination because he leans down and runs off and sometimes broncs (very naughty!) he only gets strong at PC or on bridle paths etc , when he's in the sand school at home he's fine in his neule schule lozenge and not strong at all , today at PC he was very strong and won't listen to my daughter at all so can anyone recommend a different bit to try, she likes the fact that it stops him having his broncs but she has no brakes

Something like this with a curb as extra brakes if nec. You can always take the curb off.

we had one the same put him in a waterforrd gaghe tried once to run off and never tried again rode him at home in it and could then use snaffle at shows worth a try and so light no need to pull at him at all

My mare does that out hacking and at shows etc, I ride her in a waterford gag when doing any of the above and she is a complete angel, tried hacking her out the other day in her kk snaffle that she wears in the school and she was a right arse!!
The gag has really worked for her I know that some people dont like them and they dont suit every horse but at least I have control which I find is the most important thing lol x.
