Been looking at bridles for the welsh D. He is starting his ridden career next year and want to invest in a smart bridle for everyday riding but will also scrub up for showing too.
Like the look of this:

Decided i will be going for brown/havannah tack - what do you think? he stays black/very dark brown/bay pretty much year round - except in the winter when he gets a brown muzzle and under belly bits! any more recommendations? max budget is £120.00

Here he is in closed eye mode!! complete with the start of winter woolies.....

They both look very nice

I would personally opt for the Sabre one as the delivery of that seems a bit easier and things can get complicated when there is a third party involved

Also have a look at Fylde saddlery, thats where a lot of M&M show people get their tack

English Bridles are also very nice

I like them both, but my friend has a sabre bridle very similar to the picture you posted and its lovely, the leather on it is nice and soft, a real good quality bridle, Im sure it came with the horse when she got it and its still in excellent condition and that was like 6 years ago!

I have a jeffries one but in black and that it is good quality too :)

I think either would do the job. I have Stubben tack and it has always been good in terms of not cracking and keeping soft, but I do find they fade faster than my home caldene bridles.

Also have a look at Fylde saddlery, thats where a lot of M&M show people get their tack

Would really second this, Peter Wilkinson's tack is very good and very popular in showing circles.
