Hi, I have just bought a stubben cob 3700 for my paint horse and while schooling him in it, I found the reins far too short, when he is in the right frame I have hardly any rein left and if I want to tickle him with my schooling whip, I have to let go! Does anyone know how long they sell the reins for a cob sized bridle? On the website they all seem to be 58 inch? But my pony is only 14.2 and they are too short on him, which would be fine but their havana is a different colour to other brands so I cant just buy any reins to go with it.

Because I attached them to the bit, the leather isn't perfect, will they still take them back? I don't mind buying a new pair but don't want to if they end up being too small again! :/

48" is pony sized, I'd call the place you bought them from and get some full sized (usually 54"). Don't know of any companies that actually do a separate cob size.

Im having this problem. My old cob bridle had full reins and my new one has cob reins and i can't hardly use them, i'm looking for full ones now.
