Hi
has anyone had any recent experiences of buying saddles from stubben uk that they would be willing to share?
Asking for a friend who is currently in the middle of a huge saga with them - 4 months after bespoke saddle arrived (after waiting 4 months from date order placed to date of delivery) and it still doesn’t fit. It has been adjusted twice already (8 week turnaround time from Germany). Stubben saddle fitter saying “hang in there, it’s our job to solve this, and we will”. But friend now losing faith. Wondering now whether to hang in there a bit longer? Or cut her losses and start again with another saddle co?
just interested to know if her story is typical or unusual
