stubben saddles???

hi, i'm still undecided on what saddle to get my big horse like the bates close contact but have seen a stubben CS Scandica for £650 new!!! on http://www.zen80112.zen.co.uk/Web%20Saddles.htm
he used to have one (before i got an exselle instead big mistake) but it was a 17inch not a 18inch like i want now does anyone know what size wide is in stubben widths ??? i'm sure his old one was 30 (that was in his younger days) and saddler made it wider. dont fancy going to that saddler again as he wants £1000 for a new stubben CS Scandica which is a huge difference in price

I used to have a stubben, but found the gullet to be too narrow for the spine.

Olympic (big horse) had a Stubben until I had it checked after seeing that he had a sore back and since his back had muscled up it was a horiffic fit.
Tread carefully!

Mine is a 28 and that's a medium, so I would guess a 30 would be a wide.
