I bought a bridle from them a while ago which came about 2 weeks ago but Id like to return it and exchange for a different colour - Ive sent them 2 emails asking if I can do this and how to go about returning it but they haven't replied. Anyone else had this problem? Im now stuck with a bridle I cant use because its totally the wrong colour! (very light brown on a grey/white horse just doesnt work!).

Give them a ring. They are very nice people. They are just around the corner from me and do their upmost to accomadate me. Order stuff in special and stuff like that. I,m sure it won't be a problem to change the bridle.

I've used them a lot and found them very good and reliable. They have always responded quickly to emails, so I wonder if they are having a problem with their email system. I agree with the other poster, give them a ring, I feel sure you will find them helpful
