I bought a bridle from them a while ago which came about 2 weeks ago but Id like to return it and exchange for a different colour - Ive sent them 2 emails asking if I can do this and how to go about returning it but they haven't replied. Anyone else had this problem? Im now stuck with a bridle I cant use because its totally the wrong colour! (very light brown on a grey/white horse just doesnt work!).
