I have a 4 year old mare in foal for the first time, and I am away a lot at competition with my top horse, I was wondering if anyone knows of any good stud farms that take horses in to foal? It will be due September 2010.

Endhouse Stud at Gisburn. Leamside Equestrian (near Durham i think) Not sure if Leamside take visiting mares to foal down, but worth a thought as they are lovely and really know their job!

yes it was planned, due to the horse having an accident in November of last year and being unable to broken in. So we tried getting her in foal in August but she didnt take the fist time, so we tried again. I dont think that management will be a problem. And thanks claracluck, i may give them a try.
