Stud name resgistration - what's the website?

For the life of me I cannot remember the link to the website that allows you to put in a stud name to see if it's in use.

I know it exists as I used it some time ago.

What you are looking for is the Central Prefix Regsiter

http://www.centralprefixregister.com/

Registration of prefixes is done through the studbooks who submit them to the CPR for listing and the database is open for all to check.
