We liked the name Angrove Stud because Their was an Angrove House which was said to be haunted on the family Estate land,

To be honest I can't recall how it came about but all the foals born from my first mare Erin are called Erinite. Why I added the "ite" I have no idea. She went on to have 7 foals of which 6 I think are still alive. I lost one to grass sickness a few years ago.

It's not a true studs prefix as we're not a stud - yet! However the yard and the horses are called Rushwood. Like Rushwood Rambo. Rushwood came from my first horses name 'Rushmoor' and the woods because our yard has a woods which you drive through before the yard. I want to get personalised saddle cloths

Mine (Cherryhills) is from the name of a hill on the estate I ride on, I wanted Cherryhill, but I had to have the 's' to make it different from one already registered as Cherryhall.
