Hey does any one own a stud or work in a stud - im looking for example information sheets to give to mare owners before they go to stud and mating guidlines for staff, any ideas?

I'm an assistant stud groom on a TB stud.
What sort of info sheet do you mean? Explaining charges, responsibilities etc? Or giving mating info to owners? What mating guildlines would the staff need? Please explain better
