Stupid annual vaccination question

Had a text from our vet earlier reminding me about annual flu & tet vaccination boosters - now I'm panicking that I won't be able to get them done in time!

We restarted the course 4th April 2017, with 2nd and 3rd jabs in the right time frame. I've searched online and it says that 'annual booster must be given 365 days after the previous injection' - in all the diagrams this looks like it would be 365 days after the 2nd jab? Or is just a year to the date of first injection? He's having EHV on Monday, but has to have flu and tet separately as he reacts, and with the bank hols I'm worried that I'm running out of time! Help!
 
Thanks! Though I'm not sure I'm using it right, as it's saying not until December? (2nd tet/flu was June, 3rd flu was Dec)

Unless... unless the reminder I got from my vet was for his EHV, as it's the second jab? Typical to need to ask these questions on a Friday!

Dec would be about right if the 1st was last April, 365 days from jab 3 is what you are going on.
 
Probably its an auto generated reminder which had defaulted to the first date that a jab was given.
If your 3rd one was done in dec then that's when his next flu/yet will be due.
