My local supermarket are doing a fantastic deal on huge bags of frozen chicken drumsticks, and I was thinking of getting a bag for my dogs.
Would it be okay? I would leave them raw as my dogs are raw fed anyway, but I’ve heard so many horror stories about chicken bones..

Raw chicken bones are OK- mine have had them for over 15 years, however if feeding raw you shouldn’t feed any weight bearing bones as these are more dense. My girls get chicken wings daily - and are very happy

Raw chicken bones are fine.
It's cooked bones that caused most problems, I get loads of cut price meat from the supermarket for the dogs and keep it in the freezer.
If you're worried, bash them up with a meat tenderiser/make sure all the bones are broken up before feeding.

Look at their teeth, they are literally designed to crush bones, tear and eat raw meat :)

Tbh, mad keen raw feeder here, but when the OH had to pull an entire bone from Mitch’s bum the other day, I decided I would smash them up a bit first! One of my local supermarkets does very well priced chicken bits, but some of the bones are a bit big. I had expected the youngsters to be processing bones fine by now, it’s odd. Bear crunches through fine, Mitch eats too quickly, I think.

Raw chicken bones are good, but I wouldn’t feed them if your dogs aren’t already raw fed and used to crunching up bones. If they’re particularly big you can bash them up a bit.
I prefer chicken wings and necks as they have much higher collagen content.
