Really stupid question but can anyone recommend a good cleaner/conditioner that I can use on my Toggi Calgarry boots? They are oiled leather I believe but every leather cleaner I seem to pick up has lists of "do not use on".

I love my boots so don't want to ruin them!

I have a pair of Toggi calgary boots too!- I just put leather balm on mine and they seem alright so far! i know what you mean though as the leather is a different texture!

Don't you just love them?! Def the best thing I spent my money on riding gear wise (closely followed by my ventair hat!)

I was looking at my saddle soap but it says not to use on all sorts of leather, including conditioned, which made me think I don't know what mine is!!!

I just use glycerin saddle soap, then grease conditioner on any leather products I get my hands on - no probs so far! If it is good enough for my saddle then i don't see how it can do anything else any harm? If you use it on a nubuck type finish then it will darken and flatten it but won't harm it.

I haven't got those boots but I have a pair of Brasher hiking boots for them I've used Kiwi (the shoe polish makers) mink oi.l Another is nikwax I've used clear Dubbin too. Try Millets or outdoors type shop.
