Stupid question re: glue and horsebox

Stupid question but i just can't get my brain working.

I need to replace the rubber bits on my foot steps on the horsebox, but I have no idea what glue I would use. I know it would have to be water proof as they will get wet. The only thing I can think of is super glue and those little tubes would cost me a fortune.

please can some one help me.

Araldite epoxy resin glue.

Araldite wont work for more than a very short time .What we use is a flexible sealant adhesive such as Tiger seal.

Evo contact adhesive - just used it to glue down the rubber on our ramp. Get it from builders merchants.
