Okay, I officially have no shame.

What is navicular? Symptoms (sp?) etc?

What do you do in a Hunter Trial?

And any pictures of how to fit spurs properly??

Have been meaning to post these for ages... Just random questions I have been thinking about. Never intend to wear spurs, just would like to know how to fit them

No one is sure about what exactly is Navicular syndrome.
There are a variety of causes, and no one treatment is successful. The navicular bone is a small bone in the foot of the horse. It is a part of the bony skeleton of the leg, sitting where the joint where the coffin bone articulates with the short pastern bone. (Didn't explain that too well sorry

Hunter trials are basically cross-country! Some hunter trials also have a timed section where you have to open a gate

Will google somehow...but spurs should always be pointing downwards, with the longer side on the outside of the boot, and go along the seams of your boots

The buckle of the spur strap should be fitted as close to the outside of the spur as possible

Hope that helped a bit
