We live on a dairy farm. The road to the farm dead ends, but there are footpaths that run across the fields and at the end of the road. There are calves out in one of the fields where the house is, and across the road there is a herd of 29 cows. That side has electric wire all around it. Friend of mine went to the store for me one day, and on the way back, some woman was about to grab the electric wire with her bare hand so she and her daughter could get under. So my friend says 'wouldn't do that if I were you, that's live' and woman says to him 'what do you know' and proceeds to grab hold of live wire. He said she squealed something fierce. That's what ya get when you don't listen to warnings about the electric!
And why do people need to walk THROUGH the cow field? There is a perfectly good footpath that runs next to it, no electric what so ever!
