Seen it all now. Pitch dark evening, rain and a lady standing at the side of the road dressed in dark colours and hand grazing her dark coloured horse on the verge. No Hi-Viz.. nothing. An accident waiting to happen.

I'm absolutely sick of them around here, leading/riding almost invisible in the dark.
If they don't care about themselves fair enough but they obviously don't give two sheets about their horses.

I wanted to but sadly didn't have time to stop as daughter was driving and we were on our way to work.

It actually makes me go cold to think of it... so dangerous.

It wasn't your place, but fairly close to it. Not wanting to give away your location but think of the village with a big private elementary school.
