Subscribing to H&H - not impressed!!

Has anyone else had a bad experience? I am going to email them shortly but a couple of years ago I signed up to their subscription offer at burghley.

Nothing arrived, then I got a letter from them saying they thought they had my bank details wrong tried ringing them and gave up as it was like talking to a brick wall.

So this year thought I would give it another go. Signed up at burghley as they had a reasonable offer on and again nothing from them. How long should it take before my first magazine arrives? I am not happy with this really.

Have you had any money taken from your account? It does take a while for them to process all the Burghley subscriptions but guess you got a nice present too (I got a fleece rug many many years ago and took out subscription to Eventing as well so got 2 fleece rugs )

If it's any consolation, it may be in the post as today is Saturday and I still haven't received this week's H&H so there may be problems with distribution

Didn't get a gift with it you just got slightly extra discount. Even am acknowledgement email to say they are processing subscriptions would be nice.
