Has anyone had any real success with using magnets for injuries? If so, what did you use and where did you get it from?

I am thinking of going down this route as a last resort to help my horse who has sacroilliac problems.

i use bioflow boots for navicular and arthritis - also have a magnetic rug - i use it everyday - she has it on under turnout - she is less stiff without it.
they cant do any harm so its worth a go

Have been using a Bioflow boot (just like a brushing boot - but more mesh like material) on my horse. He was getting a filled leg when stood in overnight. Some 'windgall like' swelling basically. I've used the boot for 4 nights & the leg was down after the 1st night.

We used bioflow boots on a stiff elderly tbx she trotted in the dirst day she had them on! This was an amazing effect, it 'calmed down' but continued to help keep her more free moving. Used them on current big mare after long ride when she had some fetlock filling and friend borrowed them for her lad as he was recovering from a hoof abscess. Not empirical evidence but as some one else said they do no harm

I have bioflow magnet leg wraps. I use them all the time on my very old arthritic horse.
However my vet said there is no scientific evidence the claims the manufacturers make are true and he told me that if i simply bandaged him I would see similar results.

But... I love my horse, and will try all the tricks to try and give him as long and comfortable life as possible, so if you can afford them go for it!
