Successful canters on hack - happy mummy!

Might not seem like much but after coming off Pidge the other week out hacking (now 3 times he's dumped me this way

) when he spooked and leapt to the side and then slammed the brakes on, been out for a long hack and done 3 canters with no problems whatsover

Really chuffed, he tends to spook if in the front so kept him behind today to get my confidence back and then on the 2nd canter we cantered side by side (3 of us) and it was lovely.
Just thought I'd like to share having a good hack today.

Great news...you did better than me on my hack...we spooked when some horses came galloping up alongside us and he cantered off snorting up a busy road...on the wrong side with cars coming both ways

No harm done but...it is nice when things go well instead!!!!

Thanks, makes up for having a s*** day at work on Friday as we're going through Job Evaluation and they want to decrease my salary by just over £2k/year - WTF!
