Such a lovely day out there, and here's me recovering from the black death !!

Finally a sunny day how lovely, so want to ride my pony [ who's birthday it is today ] started feeling ill sat morning and boy was i bad, did'nt know which end to hang over the loo !, sorry to be crued , still don't feel right never took so long to muck out this morning , clingy to the wheelbarrow for support feeling pathetic, oh well moan over hopefully there will be more sunny days to come .

This is just the beginning of spring - there'll be plenty more sunny days! Horsey will probably prefer a day off for his b'day, much as we do! lol. Sounds like a horrible V&D bug: sounds like you're over the worst of it, but hope you get better soon. Remember to drink lots and keep eating, even when you don't always feel like it. It'll get you back riding fit again faster!
