Hi

Well off I go to see the horse for sale and get there. Gut instinct that its not really my type of horse.

Stroked its head and "oh its slightly head shy", Then I knew it had some minor health issues but also find out it had been lame(well that could happen to anyhorse but wasnt told this on the phone interrogation)

Watch it ridden all well, v minimally nappy nothing nasty.

Come back to get some bigger stirups for me and then complete change of horse personality, ears back, jogging, head in air, trotting off in the direction we were not meant to go in. Out of control but headed back to his stable fine!! Naughty pony

Ok I get off not interested! Get asked if I am nervous which is Yes(& hacked off withme my time etc).

Not sure of its age exactly and what do I mean if its registered as I am trying to establish this fact if it really is only XYZ age...............

Came home lost 4 hours out and the only positive comment from my family is well that is good as at least you know what you are looking for a complete plod chops.

Have been to see good old faithful in his field and just wish he was still rideable. Will I ever find another....fed up!

Also I was the 4th person to view so I am sure it cant be just me that is wrong!

Don't be disheartened, it really takes ages to find the right one and you will know when you do. This boy clearly wasn't happy or 100% genuine from all accounts so just put it behind you and persevere.. Trust your instincts, and be prepared to invest a lot of time and effort - I know speaking from bitter experience. Wishing you very good luck and of course it will all be worth it when 'the one' comes along and you have no doubts in your mind!

Thanks, I just thought I had asked all the right questions but did have some conflicting answers. Am sure it was a ploy to get me there. I should have followed my gut instinct.

But I will keep looking and am probably going to resort to wanted poster in the hope someone who is dithering to advertise their good old ploddy sane horse will come forward.

I will keep on searching.............cheers
