Suede seat jods alteration help!

My son brought me a pair of suede seat Peter Williams jods back from Australia. They are really lovely but way too big! I need someone that can alter them but it has to be someone with a machine for leather otherwise it will pucker. Yorkshire, anyone help?

The alteration could probably be done on a domestic machine using a special leather needle which is triangular rather than round.

Try Hey Farm. They've fixed my half chaps and long riding boots before now. They might be able to do it? Alternatively give them to me!!
