Suggestions for grass/live out livery near Romford/Stapleford Abbotts

Hi,

Can anyone recommend/suggest a yard near to Romford/Stapleford Abbotts that has all year round live out grass livery. I will shortly be buying a horse that has lived out all year round all its life/unshod hardy type.

Therefore I would like somewhere cheap to put her on grass livery but it must have some kind of shelter and ideally somewhere with a spare stable or somewhere that i can bring her in and tie her up when i am doing something with her.

Any suggestions? Dont want to pay £100/£140 a month for normal livery. Must be near to Collier Row/Romford/Stapleford Abbotts.

I know of a grass livery place in Chigwell if that would work for you? Good hacking but no school (although there is a schooling area with woodchip I think)
