suggestions for things to do in Abergavenny

Hi guys, OH is doing tough mudder in Abergavenny next sunday so has decided we are having a few days camping with the dogs over there, so other than the miles of walking does anyone have any dog friendly suggestions for things we can do while we are there?

Take a hike up the "Sugar Loaf"! It's the local mountain.

Walk up the Blorenge and Keepers Pond. The hide of Harry Llewellyn's great horse Foxhunter is buried there. If you drop down into Blaenavon after, Big Pit, the former coal mine is most definitely worth a visit. Fab experience! Raglan castle also worth a look. Canal at Gilwerrn etc is also a nice walk. All of these things are with in 10 minutes or so of Aber. Hope that helps but really depends what your in to and how far you want to go!
